Fun Decor Ideas for Your Game Room

Ready to give your game room a new look for 2008, but you don't want to spend a ton of money and you don't have a lot of time? It's still very possible!

First of all, get rid of the clutter. Adopt the attitude of "A place for everything and everything in its place" for your game room and you'll find the room automatically seems a lot larger. Then go through the items that are already out and determine if you really need them. A simple shelf or two on your walls is a great way to ensure that you have the items out that you want and yet they won't be cluttering up table tops and other areas.

Then look towards your walls. A game room is for, well having fun and your wall decor should reflect just that sentiment. This is the one room in your home that kitschy, silly, light hearted and whimsical is the rule of the day. Get rid of your fine art prints on the walls and relegate them to other areas of your home where they will be more appreciated. Antique bar art, signs, posters either antique or modern in slick black frames are all economical as well as lending an air of fun to your room. A fun sign with a witty saying will set the tone for your game room.

If you haven't already invested in a cabinet or armoire to stash away your television and/or stereo equipment it's a great idea and will keep the lines of your room sleek and clutter-free until you're ready to invite everyone over to watch a game on television or listen to tunes while you play the night away at a game of poker.

Use these simple tips and rev up the style in your game room for 2008 and make it a room that is full of fun!

Bored With Your Green Poker Table?

You love poker, you love to play with your friends and you maybe a little bored with your poker table.

Consider trading in your boring old poker table for a Texas Hold' Em Poker Table Full Size Table that seats 10 players comfortably complete with cup holders. Unlike a lot of cup holders on casino style tables - these cup holders are vented and are extremely easy to keep clean. The sizea of this table is 83-inches by 44-inches however the legs fold flat and the table can easily be stored out of the way until you're ready to play.

This Texas Holdem Table has a full set of bumper pads around the table. The pads are covered with a high grade mildew resistant black vinyl. And there's nothing boring about the color of this poker table either. It comes in blue (shown) or burgundy. Either of which will look fabulous in your game room. The table top is padded to give the dealer and players the highest comfort level. Under the table top is a wood reinforced frame for added stability and strength.

If you're looking for a poker table that is a casino style and will enhance the look of your game room or you're just tired of looking at that boring old poker table, upgrade to a the fun look of a blue or burgundy table.
